Undesirable solder defects, (icidees, shorts, bridges, solder fillets, unfill holes, dull/gritty solder, dross inclusions, cracked joints and dewetting), are found to be related to the presence of unexpected impurities in the solder alloy.

To attain the best quality of raw material, we teamed-up with our suppliers to ensure the raw materials were fulfilled according to Aoki's specification.
