We manufacture and distribute, Tin/Lead and Lead-Free solder, include: (Bar, Paste, Anode, Anode Ball, BGA Ball), Solder Flux, Non-CFC Cleaning Solvent, OSP, and other chemicals for the electronics industry. In 2005, we jointly cooperated with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology to launch a research project, titled: the "Development and Dissemination of Advance Lead-Free Soldering Process Technologies for Green Electronics Manufacturing and Assembly". Our Lead-Free Solder Alloy (Sn99%- Ag 0.3%-Cu 0.7%-P) was patented and approved by US Patent and Trademark office with patent application number: US 7335269 B2.

Our Aoki’s Lead-Free Solder Bar undergoes a special treatment where the oxides of the solder “dross” are removed. While the solder is melted, the oxides are less than half of the conventional solder. Moreover, the surface of the solder can be kept clean for a longer period, which can greatly improve the working condition and the quality of the product.

Tamura LF Solder TLF-204 Series are Lead-Free solders paste which consist of non-lead solder powder. Lead-free solder paste using Lead-free, spherical solder powder and special flux. As the paste contains no lead, it will largely contribute to the orotection of global environment. Futhermore, excellent reliability can be protection with the flux without washing.

Tamura LF Solder GP-211 Series are Low Silver Lead-Free solder pastes which consists of non-lead solder powder. Lead-free solder paste using Lead-free, spherical solder powder and special flux. As the paste contains no lead, it will largely contribute to the orotection of global environment. Futhermore, excellent reliability can be protection with the flux without washing.

Our Aoki’s Lead-Free Solder products are manufactured with virgin metal processes through Aoki’s proprietary viscosity and dross lowering treatments which create the perfect, lowest drossing and highest fluidity solder. The Lead-Free Solder is then alloyed and cast in a closed-loop injection system which leaves it free of cast-in impurities and included oxides. This enhances its low drossing characteristics.
